Pdf Expert Toolbar Disappeared

I have Adobe Reader XI and Internet Explorer 11. Hi everyone Im using PDF Expert extensively for work and Im absolutely LOVING the application but I cant figure out how to get the tool bar.

This version has Comment and Markup toolbar available to use.

Pdf expert toolbar disappeared. I go to View - Toolbars. When I try to click in that area it activates whatever application. At work I sometimes have to use different computers most of the time the version of Adobe Standard we have is version 825.

Adobe PDF Toolbar is missing in IE11. The menu bar and top portion of the tool bar will not display on Acrobat DC. I want to convert a web page to PDF.

I researched the Internet and it says you need to go to View - Toolbars in Internet Explorer and click Adobe PDF Toolbar to convert a web page but I dont see any Adobe PDF Toolbar in View - Toolbars.
